Fallon, Beverly Jean Rievley Leaves Behind A Legacy of Love, Laughter, and Faith
Beverly Jean Rievley Fallon, 81, beloved member of the Chattanooga, Tennessee community, passed away and stepped into her eternal life with her Lord Jesus Christ on April 10, 2024. Known for her infectious laughter, passion for life, and her caring and generous heart, Beverly leaves behind a legacy that will inspire all who knew her.
Born on September 20, 1942, in Chattanooga, Beverly was a faithful follower of Jesus, despite admitting she was far from perfect. She was known for her vibrant spirit, zest for life, and occasionally playing a harmless prank or two on those closest to her.
A Life Well-Lived
Beverly spent her entire life in Chattanooga, but also resided in Lebanon, Tennessee for a season before her passing. She took immense pleasure in cooking and hosting events, bringing people together for good food and even better company. Beverly served the Lord with devotion, whether greeting people at Joy Church International, Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, or at Abbas House in Hixson.
No one was more loved by Beverly than her family. She is survived by her four children, David (LaJuahn) Stulce of Cleveland, Georgia, Jonathan (Toni) Stulce of Vista Lago, Texas, Ronda (Robert) Businda of Lebanon, Tennessee, and Lori (Dale) McNelly of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Also mourning her are her older sister, Sonja (Bob) Allen of Tucson, Arizona, big brother Eddie (Jean) Rievley of Fort Oglethorpe, fourteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Aileen (Sledge) Rievley and her husband Michael Thomas Fallon.
A Fond Farewell
Beverly’s faith in her Lord remained steadfast to the end, as expressed in Isaiah 46:4, “Even to your old age and gray hairs I am he, I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you”.
In recognition of her passionate and joy-filled life, Beverly’s family extends their heartfelt thanks to Aging Care Management, the staff at The Healthcare Center at Standifer Place and Hearth Hospice of Chattanooga for their magnificent care. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly request donations be made in memory of Beverly Fallon to Signals Center Inc.
The family will hold receiving hours from 5-6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, at Abba’s House, Hixson, Tennessee in the original chapel, Building C, 5208 Hixson Pike, Hixson Tennessee, 37343. A celebration of Beverly’s life will start promptly at 6:30 p.m. A private graveside interment for immediate family is set to take place at the Chattanooga National Cemetery on Wednesday, April 17. All arrangements under the management of Covenant Funeral & Crematory.
Beverly’s laughter, generosity, and unwavering faith have left a lasting imprint on the hearts of family, friends, and community. Her legacy carries on in the lives of those she loved and touched with her distinctive spirit.
