Their wings are seasoned with a signature blend of spices from Alchemy Spice, which has become popular since its roots at the Chattanooga Market. The secret? Their process begins with marinating the wings using the ‘Proud to be American’ spice blend, then lightly battering them before deep frying to golden perfection and tossing them in their special Carolina Gold Sauce.
