Chattanooga Gears Up for the Final Noontunes of the Year!
CHATTANOOGA – As the leaves begin to change and the crisp autumn air settles in, Noontunes, the beloved music series, is buzzing with excitement as it continues to attract folks from all walks of life to the vibrant Miller Park. This weekly event brings an hour of free music, camaraderie, and community spirit to everyone who drops by.
A Musical Treat in the Heart of the City
Every week, residents, employees, and visitors get to enjoy a delightful selection of performances featuring local choirs and artists. Noontunes isn’t just about the music; it’s a fantastic opportunity to soak up the outdoors, enjoy some delicious food from local food trucks, and maybe even engage in a few games with family and friends. It’s a perfect midweek break that screams relaxation and enjoyment.
This charming series, which has been running since 2016 through a partnership with the City of Chattanooga Parks and Outdoors, has truly become a staple in the local cultural scene. The community coming together to support local musicians has been inspiring. So far, Noontunes has backed over 50 musicians spanning various genres, all while injecting over $18,000 into Chattanooga’s music economy. How amazing is that?

The music series relies on generous local sponsors, making it possible for everyone to enjoy these performances for free. For the 2024 season, organizers have secured partnerships with wonderful supporters like the City of Chattanooga Parks & Outdoors, Tennessee Arts Commission, Barge Design Services, EPB, and First Horizon Bank. Their contributions ensure not only fantastic music but also the overall atmosphere that makes Miller Park come alive.
