Start Your Day with a Chill
Kick things off bright and early at 8 a.m. with the Ice Buddies cold plunge event located at 1404 Cowart St. This invigorating gathering combines breath work, meditation, and of course, the much-talked-about cold plunge, all while focusing on mental health advocacy. Feeling adventurous? Join in for just $5 to $10!
Shop Local at VK Salon’s Girl Market
Next, swing by VK Salon at 55 E. Main St. for a Girl Market featuring fabulous women-owned small businesses. From 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., enjoy shopping while grooving to tunes from a DJ between 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Cheers to supporting local ladies!
Unveiling of Embody
Don’t miss the grand opening of Embody, a health and wellness spa located at 818 E. Main St. Revel in delightful treats from the Yummy Thai food truck, sip on refreshing beverages, and participate in fun games and raffles from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Plus, from noon to 2 p.m., there are photo ops with Star Wars characters! From 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., enjoy the World Heavyweight Chili Cook-off at Office Coordinators Inc., 326 E. Main St. Sample some of the best chili in town while listening to live music and soaking in the friendly competition. Tickets range from $10 to $15!
Vintage Vibes and Holiday Spirit
Head over to Common House on 1517 Mitchell Ave. from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a Vintage Christmas Market! Enjoy shopping at various vendor booths, sipping holiday cocktails, and even taking a chilly plunge at 2 or 2:30 p.m. After a brisk dip, warm up with a complimentary hot drink — now that sounds cozy!
Fun for the Furry Friends
