Chattanooga has seen a flurry of activity on the law enforcement front recently, and we have the details from the latest arrest report that might pique your interest! While we hope to hear mostly good news from our community, it’s vital to keep an eye on what’s going on around us.
First up, we have Amanda Nicole Bell, age 38. This Chattanooga resident found her evening taking a turn for the worse when she was arrested for a series of offenses. Among the charges were disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and public intoxication. But that’s not all – she was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and having a handgun while under the influence. Talk about a wild night out, right?
Then there’s 45-year-old Tony Allen Burnette, who was arrested for violating his probation. He was found in possession of meth, and it’s safe to say this isn’t his first run-in with the law. It’s alarming to see the reoccurrence of such offenses, and we hope he can find a way to turn things around.
Next on the list is Laqueita Deshay Chatman, also 38. Her charges include driving on a revoked or suspended license and child neglect. It’s disheartening to see charges that involve children, as their safety should always be a community’s top priority.
We also have Auburn Cole Christopher, 30, who faced charges of domestic assault. Domestic issues can deeply impact families and the community, and it’s always a hope that individuals can find peaceful resolutions rather than resort to violence.
Darwin Perez Castro, 36, found himself in trouble for driving under the influence and not having a valid driver’s license. It’s all too common to see such cases in our city, emphasizing the importance of responsible driving. Remember, folks, making the right choices behind the wheel can save lives!
Young drivers also are not off the hook. Selena Maire Deluna, just 25 years old, was arrested for improper display of plates and driving on a suspended license. At such a young age, we sincerely hope she can learn from this experience and pave a more positive road ahead.
Dominic Rashard Dickens, age 37, was apprehended for child non-support. It’s a reminder that responsibilities towards children shouldn’t be taken lightly and must always be prioritized. Every child deserves support!
Mercedee Nechelle Fallins, age 30, was caught up in a theft charge, reminding us that not everyone in the community keeps the best intentions in mind, and every bit of crime impacts all residents.
Another young individual, Devonta R Goode, 26 years old, was charged for driving on a revoked license and expired registration. Driving with valid paperwork is essential, not just for the driver’s sake but for public safety!
Lastly, we have Sencere Patrick Hayes and Jessica Leann Howard, both of whom were recorded as fugitives, showcasing that sometimes, the law catches up with those who think they can run away from their responsibilities.
As the community of Chattanooga, it’s crucial to stay informed about these incidents while also looking out for one another. If you or anyone you know has dealt with dismissals in the past, don’t forget you can easily request to have that cleared. Stay safe out there, Chattanooga!
