Two Men Arrested in Chattanooga Over Drugs, Guns, and Stolen Vehicles

A House full of Evidence

Chattanooga, Tennessee, witnessed heavy police activity recently when two men were apprehended following the execution of a search warrant. The Chattanooga Police Department (CPD) announced the arrest of 22-year-old Jordan Davis and 20-year-old Alricko Trimble, following their SWAT team’s raid at a home on Pineview Lane.

The SWAT team encircled the house as part of an ongoing shots-fired investigation led by the CPD’s Gun Team. Officers observed the men engaging in several hand-to-hand drug transactions outside their home before the search warrant was served. Upon the occupants exiting the house, a thorough search was conducted with some alarming findings reported by the police.

Stockpile of Illicit Items

The search inside the house revealed a stash of illegal items that have been reported as follows: four handguns, a stolen Dodge Charger, a stolen Nissan Maxima, approximately 25 grams of Fentanyl pills, around 13 grams of Marijuana, and over $12,000 in US currency. In addition to this, the CPD also seized numerous key fobs, two credit card skimmers, two fake Georgia license plates, ten cell phones, and various pieces of drug paraphernalia.

Swift Arrests and Charges

The raid, which was part of an ongoing shooting investigation, concluded with the swift arrest of both Davis and Trimble. The extensive list of charges against the two men includes felony theft of property, with two counts associated with the stolen vehicles, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of Fentanyl for resale, possession of Marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The successful sting operation and subsequent arrests come as a significant blow to illegal activity in the city. The officers’ vigilance and thoroughness led to the seizure of potentially harmful drugs and illegal firearms, thereby contributing to the safety of the Chattanooga community.
