Chattanooga Set to Welcome New Chase Bank Branches
Chattanooga residents can look forward to the opening of two new bank branches by Chase, America’s biggest bank, by the end of this year. The new branches will be located on Gunbarrel Road and the North Shore, signaling a significant expansion in the city’s banking landscape.
Locations and Features of the New Branches
According to Jennifer DiSalvo, the market director of banking for Chattanooga, the locations were chosen due to the growing dynamism in these areas. The branch on Gunbarrel Road, situated at 2120 Gunbarrel Road, is a former bank site and will feature three ATMs. Meanwhile, the North Shore branch will occupy a newly developed multi-tenant space at 306 Cherokee Blvd., offering two ATMs.
Both branches will cover approximately 3,500 square feet and will be staffed initially with seven to eight employees per location. DiSalvo added that each branch will also include a financial adviser and personnel specializing in business banking.
Chase’s Vision for Chattanooga
DiSalvo observed that Chase has ambitions to extend its presence in Chattanooga, hoping to establish a total of four branches within the next couple of years. While the team is currently looking into potential sites in the Brainerd area, there are no finalized plans yet.
The upcoming branches symbolize not just an addition to the local market but also underscore Chase’s commitment to the community. DiSalvo shared that the bank aims to hire locally to find the best talent, ensuring customers receive a personalized experience.
