Chattanooga Gets Ready for a Spooktacular Halloween and a Cheerful Christmas!

Hey there, Chattanooga! Get ready to light up your fall with some new dazzling events. This year, NoogaLights is set to enchant locals and visitors alike with an exciting Halloween walk-thru light show at the historic Chattanooga Choo Choo. Starting on October 1 and running through November 3, the show promises to be a spooky and mesmerizing journey for all ages.

Experience the Halloween Magic

Imagine walking through beautifully lit gardens filled with synchronized music, eerie lighting, and thematic displays that truly capture the essence of Halloween. From ghoulish decorations to whimsical light displays, you’re in for a treat! Tara Viland, the Property and Events Manager for the Chattanooga Choo Choo, shared her excitement, saying, “The Chattanooga Choo Choo is thrilled to see the vision of NoogaLights shine this season.” She continued, “This locally owned experience is a perfect addition to our historic venue, offering something special for both locals and tourists alike.”

The Halloween walk-thru will be open Sunday through Thursday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. This means plenty of time for families to come together, don their favorite costumes, and enjoy a spooky night out. Tickets will be available for purchase online, making it as easy as can be to secure your spot for a night of frightful fun!

Holiday Cheer Follows Shortly

But hold on, the fun doesn’t stop with Halloween! Just when you’ve had your fill of all things spooky, the Chattanooga Choo Choo will transform again—this time for a Christmas-themed walk-thru light show! Kicking off on November 15 and running until December 31, this festive experience will be overflowing with holiday cheer, dazzling lights, and delightful music. It’s the perfect way to get into the holiday spirit and make lasting memories.

Soddy Daisy’s Drive-Thru Light Show

And the holiday festivities don’t end at the Choo Choo! NoogaLights is also bringing back their popular holiday drive-thru light show in Soddy Daisy. Now, this isn’t just any ordinary light show. It features customized displays that are all synchronized to the joyful tunes of the holiday season. This drive-thru event will run on weekends starting November 22 and will open nightly from December 13 to 29, allowing families to enjoy from the comfort of their own vehicles!

Set your GPS to 11650 Dayton Pike and get ready to enjoy this wintry wonderland! The hours are 6-8 p.m. on November 22-24 and November 29-December 1, and will shift to 6-10 p.m. nightly starting December 13. Admission is just $20 per vehicle, making it a budget-friendly way to celebrate with loved ones.
