Chattanooga Set to Host Exciting Annual Motorcar Festival This October

Chattanooga Gears Up for the Annual Motorcar Festival

This October, the vibrant city of Chattanooga is set to host its exciting annual Motorcar Festival, featuring breathtaking classic cars from around the world! The festival will rev into action from Friday, October 11, to Sunday, October 13, transforming the streets of the West Village into a car lover’s paradise.

A Weekend of Glamour and History

Presented by the local contractor DeFoor Brothers, the festival is renowned for its Concours d’Elegance event. This fabulous showcase will feature a dazzling display of vintage, historic, and classic cars, with Chief Judge Mike Tillson and a dedicated panel set to evaluate hundreds of magnificent automobiles. The opportunity to see some of the world’s greatest cars is undoubtedly a major attraction for both car enthusiasts and the general public alike!

Ember Souchet, the Director of Asset Management at DeFoor Brothers, expressed excitement about making the festival more community-friendly this year. With ticket prices now lowered to just $20 per person for the entire weekend, attending the event has never been easier. “This event is bringing cars that go to shows all over the world, this event is bringing celebrities who go to shows all over the world,” Souchet enthusiastically shared. “The fact that it’s in Chattanooga is actually really significant.”

New Features to Look Forward To

While you can easily check out the full schedule for the weekend online, there are some new features to keep your eyes peeled for this year! The West Village area will be buzzing with activity as it hosts its street festival series on both Friday and Saturday. Attendees will get to enjoy an enchanting laser show, browse through various stalls set up by vendors, and soak in the performances from lively entertainers, including stilt walkers and possibly even some surprise acts!

But wait, there’s even more to love about this festival! When you attend, your presence will contribute to an amazing cause—proceeds will be donated to Alzheimer’s research. So not only will you have a splendid time surrounded by stunning cars and entertainment, but you’ll also be playing a part in supporting important medical research that can change lives.

Mark Your Calendars!

This incredible event is a perfect outing for families, friends, and car aficionados of all ages! Families can take this as a fantastic opportunity to expose the younger generation to the history and beauty of classic cars, while car enthusiasts can indulge their passion and admire rare finds.
