Excitement Hits Chattanooga as Colton Dixon Takes the Stage

Chattanooga was buzzing with energy this past Sunday night as hundreds of eager fans gathered at the Walker Theatre, located inside Memorial Auditorium, for an unforgettable concert experience that was part of Colton Dixon’s UP+UP tour. Families filled the venue, all set to sing along to some of their favorite tunes, and boy did they have a spectacular night ahead!

Opening Acts Set the Tone

The night kicked off with a lively performance by Jeremy Rosado, who wasted no time getting the crowd into the groove. His upbeat and encouraging songs had everyone tapping their feet and smiling. It was a fantastic way to start the event, creating an atmosphere of excitement. Just as we thought it couldn’t get any better, Austin French jumped onto the stage with a burst of energy that had concertgoers cheering wildly.

French blew everyone away with his hit songs “Freedom Hymn” and “Born Again.” His lively performance was contagious, making it impossible for anyone to sit still. The crowd was already buzzing, and French’s set definitely cranked the energy levels sky-high.

Colton Dixon Takes the Lead

After a brief intermission, the moment everyone had been waiting for arrived—Colton Dixon took the stage! He kicked off his set with his latest single “UP+UP.” While many in the audience may not have known the song yet, its upbeat tempo and uplifting message quickly got everyone on their feet. If you were there, you’d agree it was one of those moments where you just felt the music take over.

Dixon, known for his charming and engaging stage presence, immediately connected with the audience. He took selfies with fans and encouraged them to join in on the chorus of his well-loved song “My Light.” It’s no surprise that the former American Idol finalist had the whole audience hanging on to his every note.

A Night of Hits and Smiles

What really made the night special was how Dixon perfectly blended his newer songs with familiar hits. Playing crowd favorites like “Build a Boat” and “Miracles,” he ensured there was something for everyone. Each song brought its own wave of joy, and you could feel the love radiating from the stage to the audience. As the night progressed, the integration of music and lights was simply mesmerizing, adding a visually stunning layer to the whole experience.

By the end of his set, the smiles on everyone’s faces told the story. Fans left feeling uplifted and delighted, proving that music truly has a magical way of bringing people together. The Chattanooga stop on the UP+UP tour turned out to be a remarkable show with three incredible artists who certainly know how to get an audience moving and grooving. If you missed it, now’s the time to keep an eye out for future events!
