The individuals who lost their lives in this heartbreaking incident have been identified as Kimberlyn Lopez Gallard, 29 years old; Alexandra Vera, 24 years old; and Edguar Medina, believed to be in his early to mid-20s. The conditions of the accident led to a substantial investigation, prompting a temporary closure of the tunnels on Ringgold Road while officials worked diligently to gather evidence and clear the scene.
