The YMCA of Metropolitan Chattanooga is preparing to collaborate with five local Jersey Mike’s Subs outlets for the 14th annual March “Month of Giving” campaign. To raise funds for local charities, a purchase round-up option will be provided. This suggests that for every purchase in March at Jersey Mike’s, patrons will be able to round up their bill to the closest dollar, or contribute an additional $1, $3, or $5.
Peter Cancro’s Invitation for Community Support
Founder and CEO of Jersey Mike’s Subs, Peter Cancro, is extending an open invitation to all residents of Chattanooga and their families. Encouraging community members to visit the sub shops throughout March, Cancro emphasized the importance of the Day of Giving, where every single cent of the day’s sales goes to supporting the YMCA of Metropolitan Chattanooga. Regardless of whether the orders are placed in-store, online, or through their app, 100% of the proceeds will be donated.
