Exciting Events and Activities This Week in Chattanooga as Fall Takes Center Stage

What’s Happening This Week in Chattanooga

Hello, beautiful people of Chattanooga! As we dive deeper into fall, our city is buzzing with exciting events and activities to get you in the season spirit. There’s something for everyone this week, so grab your family, friends, and a cozy sweater. Let’s take a look at what’s around town!

For the Bird Lovers

Have you ever thought about how much joy birdwatching can bring? Not only does it help reduce stress and anxiety, but it also plays a significant role in helping our feathered friends thrive. If you’re interested, Project FeederWatch is kicking off its 38th season on November 1. This unique initiative, created by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology and Birds Canada, focuses on gathering important information on bird populations across the U.S. and Canada. You can easily join in by counting birds at your feeder for a couple of days each month until April. Each participant can report additional wildlife sightings, like squirrels or deer, which adds to the fun! It’s just $18 for a U.S. membership, and you can sign up at FeederWatch.org.
