Girl Scouts Launch Ambitious Great Cookie Competition to Crown East Tennessee’s Favorite Cookie
With an aura of excitement and anticipation filling the air, The Girl Scouts of the Southern Appalachians have propelled the first ever Great Cookie Competition into full swing. The objective of this landmark event is to determine and crown “East Tennessee’s Favorite Cookie”. It presents a thrilling fundraising experience, furthering the noble cause of supporting Girl Scout Programs.
Introducing the Cookie Competitors
This flavorful race will see community and business leaders taking up the gaia for beloved cookie varieties by becoming Cookie Competitors. These representatives will strive to earn votes, but not just the conventional way; votes can be won by raising money as well. Among the competitors in the Tennessee Valley and North Georgia Region, we have Simone Busby fighting for Thin Mints, Madyson Foster Smith campaigning for Samoas, Shaquanta Locke pushing for Tagalongs, and Regan Jenkins rooting for Trefoils. The voting commenced recently and is scheduled to carry on until March 15.
