After her daughter, Hope, sadly passed away in 2019 due to a rare condition called Xia-Gibbs Syndrome, Nicolle founded Hope Included. This organization has since aimed to ensure all community members, irrespective of their abilities, enjoy access to everything that makes Chattanooga a beloved place to live.

With the establishment of Riverview Park, Nicolle’s dream is slowly coming to fruition, providing children and families a safe and inclusive environment that celebrates diversity. It truly is a heartwarming tribute to her daughter’s legacy, as well as a fabulous addition to the community’s resources.
