Her curiosity didn’t stop there; in 2016, she began exploring the world of herbalism and even dabbled in bitters-making as a fun hobby, which eventually turned into a thriving business.

Building a Legacy with The Bitter Bottle

In a move that changed the game in Tennessee, Kaleena lobbied for a reform in the law regarding bitters, making significant strides for small businesses like hers. She successfully launched The Bitter Bottle, marking the arrival of the first legal alcohol-based bitters in the state.
