Chattanooga, July 29, 2024 – Hamilton County law enforcement agencies have reported a series of arrests. The latest arrest report from Chattanooga is a list that includes alleged offenses ranging from driving under influence (DUI) to resisting arrest and violation of protection orders.

Highlights from the Arrest Report

On the list is 21-year-old Andres Alexandre Alvarez, arrested by Chattanooga PD for speeding, DUI, financial responsibility, and trailer registration-related charges. Local resident Ashlee Jordan Chambers, 27, faces multiple charges, including a traffic control signals violation, speeding, DUI, ignition interlock violation, open container law violation, and driving on a revoked, suspended, or cancelled license.

Another noteworthy arrest involves Jeremiah Lee Dalton, 44-year-old, arrested on a fugitive warrant from Dade County, Georgia. Another Chattanooga resident, Davina Eulamaria Davenport, 45, was booked for light law violation, DUI, drivers to exercise due care, and violation of the implied consent law.

Lucas Aaron Dobbs, 36, was taken into custody by the Hamilton County Sheriff’s office for resisting arrest or obstruction of legal process, and violation of protection or restraining order.

William Paul Elliott, a 36-year-old homeless man from Maryville, was taken into custody for alleged indecent exposure and disorderly conduct. East Ridge authorities arrested Kensley Nicole Gravitt, 29, on charges of aggravated criminal trespass, vandalism/malicious mischief, and stalking.

Emily Madison Hickman, 22, was arrested on charges of drug law violations and possession of drug paraphernalia. Other individuals on the list include Michael Shane Martin, 50, booked for public intoxication, Terrance Dewayne Leak, 65, for domestic assault, and 35-year old Justin Todd Love, charged with possession of a controlled substance (ecstasy pills).

The report also highlighted charges against Ramires Martinez Fredis Fernando, 45, for driving under the influence, driving without a driver’s license or expired license, and failure to maintain lane violations.

Other notable arrests include Brian Anthony Swafford, 43, for speeding and driving under the influence, Mary Ilean Trentham, 75, for driving under the influence, and Brenda Sue Warner, 71, for theft of property involving merchandise.
