The excitement in the air was palpable as young athletes showcased their talents and competed for top honors.

This championship was not just any ordinary track meet; it was a vibrant celebration of teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship among young athletes. From the 100-meter dash to the relay races, the stadium was alive with cheers from family, friends, and fellow teammates. Athletes gave it their all, representing their schools with pride and aiming to leave their mark on the track.

As the dust settled, Hunter Middle School emerged victorious in the boys’ championship, claiming the top spot among fierce competitors. Their dedication and training clearly paid off, securing them a memorable win to celebrate back at school.

Celebrating Local Culture: First Friday Gallery Crawl

Just days earlier, on April 4, 2025, the vibrant arts scene in Chattanooga came to life with the First Friday Gallery Crawl. From 5 PM to 8 PM, galleries opened their doors to celebrate local artistry through receptions and exhibitions, showcasing the tremendous talents within the community. Art lovers had the chance to gather with friends and neighbors, truly making it a delightful occasion for everyone involved.

And there was even more fun to be had at The Read House’s Silver Ballroom, where families enjoyed a magical interactive experience hosted by Chattanooga Ballet. The enchanting event, themed around “The Nutcracker,” allowed children to immerse themselves in the beloved classic. Activities, photo opportunities with costumed characters, and a live reading of the story kept the festive spirit alive!
