Organized by the experts behind the Main Line Tattoo, the event promises a unique fusion between the worlds of tattooing and literature and aims to engage and enliven the city’s cultural landscape.

More Than Just Tattoos

Shedding the traditional image of a typical tattoo expo, this book-themed tattoo fiesta presents itself as a platform that satisfies the appetite for both literary and art enthusiasts. “At our heart, we are a tattoo convention, but I couldn’t be happier to witness my affection for literature and tattoos intertwine for this magical weekend,” expressed Owner Jennifer Edge excitedly.

A Weekend Enriched with Global Talent and Adventure

The convention greets visitors with an impressive array of over 250 global artists, a vendor marketplace, and the thrill of daily tattoo contests. Additional attractions like an escape room provide an engaging and fascinating experience to the attendees. Tattoo artists are scheduling clients in advance as well as accommodating walk-ins with flash grabs at multiple stations throughout the venue.

Sneak Peek of the Exciting Days Ahead

Friday kicks off with a lively discussion on the ‘Tattoo Confidential’ podcast at 3 p.m. Later in the day, the “Best of the Library Sections” contest will showcase unique tattoo designs inspired by different genres of literature such as children’s books, poetry, and fantasy.

Saturday’s highlights include a session with Aaron Mahnke, the creator of the “Lore” podcast, book, and TV show series that dive into eerie, historical narratives. The “Best of Fairy Tales” contest continues the tattoo competition featuring designs inspired by enchanting tales and fables.
