Lynda Jeanie Clark Roberts Remembered for her Love of Family and Cooking

SODDY DAISY — The community of Soddy Daisy mourns the loss of a beloved resident, Lynda Jeanie Clark Roberts, who passed away on July 8, 2024, at the age of 52.

A Homemaker who Loved her Family

Jeanie, as she was fondly known, was a homemaker who took pride in her work and derived great joy from her family. She had a fondness for her yard and her dogs, and found immense pleasure in caring for her cars. Her culinary skills were renowned in her circle, with her gourmet dishes being the highlight of many social events.

Faith and Family

Jeanie adhered firmly to the Baptist faith and prioritized the importance of family and children. Her love for her family was evident in her actions, with many recounting memories of her selflessness and kindness.

In Loving Memory

Jeannie’s daughter, Lexi Robertson, and her niece, Crystal Darity predeceased her. She leaves behind her husband, Donnie Roberts, sons Steve Howard, Calvin Robertson, granddaughter Ophelia Robertson, her parents, and siblings, along with their respective families. All those who knew her will miss her warm presence.

A gathering to honor her life

A memorial service to honor Jeanie’s life will be held on July 13, 2024, Saturday, at 3 p.m. at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. Brother David Bragg will officiate the service, offering words of comfort and reflection to the guests in attendance.

Invitation to Friends and Family

Friends and family members are invited to visit and pay their respects from 2 p.m. onwards, prior to the service at the North Chapel. It is an opportunity to support each other in grief, remember Jeanie’s love and kindness, and celebrate her well-lived life.

Service Arrangements

The arrangements for the memorial service are being managed by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home, Crematory, and Florist, located at 5401 Highway 153, Hixson, TN 37343.
