Many users across the nation noticed their devices either lost signal completely or shifted into S.O.S. mode around 4:30 AM. The issues ranged from the inability to make or receive calls to difficulties with text messaging.
Customers of these widely utilized telecommunication providers took to social media to express their distress as their devices became largely unusable.
