Man Apprehended in Homeless Camp Shooting
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – An arrest has taken place following a shocking incident on Signal Hills Drive on Thursday evening. Authorities have confirmed that Donnie Campbell, 61, was arrested in connection with a shooting at a local homeless encampment.
