This annual extravaganza returns to Camp Jordan setting up from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. With over 175 vendors and food trucks lined up, gear up to savor an array of delectable Mexican delights. Adding to the fun quotient, a petting zoo, pony rides, and inflatables await your little ones.

Oddstory Brewing Co.

Boasting of an exclusive weekend drink special, Oddstory Brewing Co. will be pulling all stops with a new beer and draft margaritas. Not to forget, an enticing food menu awaiting the patrons on Sunday, May 5.

Mayan Kitchen

On both Saturday and Sunday, you can head to Mayan Kitchen for more than just food and drink specials. Dive into the festive atmosphere with live music, games and prizes, but note this celebration is 18+.

Elsie’s Daughter (The Caboose)

Positioned strategically on Southside, Elsie’s Daughter will be serving tacos and tequila by the pool from 1 p.m. until sunset on Sunday. With DJ Maggie Vanderbilt setting the tunes, this spot promises a definitive party vibe. A heads-up though – pool passes for hotel non-guests are limited and priced at $20.

Burlaep Print and Press

Hosting the Southeastern Climbers Coalition’s annual Cinco de Mayo fundraiser on Sunday, this spot will be featuring $3 tacos, $8 combos which get you two tacos and a Modelo, plus $3.50 Modelos, and $6 margaritas.

Little Coyote

This St. Elmo eatery will have special operating hours from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, May 5. Expect the finest street tacos, bar snacks, and margarita specials on the menu. There’s more in store with live music by Beat Farm and complimentary tattoos from a local henna artist.

Shady’s Corner

Topping off the list is Shady’s Corner, where Sunday, May 5 will see nachos and taco specials all day. Quench your thirst with $5 Tecate, tequila, patron, and marg shots.
