On Thursday, September 26th, the city is gearing up for the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at the brand-new Animal Shelter. The wait is over as construction has wrapped up on this state-of-the-art facility, and city officials can’t wait to share it with everyone.

The new building includes 30 spacious dog kennels, each equipped with outside runs and drains to make cleanup a breeze. Additionally, every kennel features a nifty self-watering system, ensuring that our four-legged friends stay hydrated without any hassle.
Moreover, the walls and floors of the shelter have been given special polymer coatings that can handle intense pressure washing.
