Sip And Savor At The Tennessee Aquarium’s Fish & Sips Craft Beer Event

Beginning The Festivities

In the vibrant city of Chattanooga, the Tennessee Aquarium’s celebration of craft beer, Fish & Sips, is making a return for its second year. A highlight for any craft beer enthusiast, this adults-only after-hours event features a variety of beers from renowned local and regional breweries and will happen on Saturday, June 22.

An Enticing Evening Schedule

The event is set to unfold from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., where attendees can savor ten beer samples from participating breweries including the likes of Naked River Brewing, Oddstory Brewing Co., SweetWater Brewing Company, and Tailgate Brewing, among many others to be announced soon.

This unique occasion provides guests with an opportunity to explore the Aquarium’s two buildings, gaining a deeper understanding of freshwater and saltwater wildlife. Some of the Aquarium’s animal residents are best seen during the evening hours; making the event an appealing blend of natural discovery and craft beer appreciation.

Aquatic Discoveries And Evening Attractions

As part of an eventful night, guests could come face-to-face with Short-tail Nurse Sharks in the Stingray Bay touch exhibit or possibly hear frogs in the Rivers of the World gallery, all while enjoying their chosen beers in the twilight event.

Culinary Delights And Memorable Entertainment

Attendees will also find several food offerings from local restaurants and vendors, alongside a complimentary small bite courtesy of The Edwin Hotel. To enhance the festive atmosphere, the organizers will be featuring live music and entertainment at the plaza pavilion.

Ticket Information And Inclusions

Tickets to Fish & Sips are available for $70 for Aquarium members, $85 for non-members, or $60 for designated drivers. The ticket admission includes access to both Aquarium buildings, ten four-ounce beer samples from participating breweries (excluding designated drivers), complimentary non-alcoholic beverages courtesy of Coca-Cola United, a complimentary snack courtesy of Food Works, a branded atlas bag, a bottle opener, and wheat straw sunglasses.

The Edwin Hotel is the sponsor for Fish & Sips, an event which is more than just about a memorable evening. All proceeds from the event are geared towards supporting the Aquarium’s nonprofit mission to connect people with nature and empower them to make informed decisions about water and wildlife.

Attendees must note that Fish & Sips is an event exclusively for adults aged 21 and older. All guests are required to present a photo ID at the door for entry.
