A captivating open-air screening of the popular superhero movie, “The Avengers,” is scheduled to entertain families and movie buffs alike. For plant enthusiasts, a grand rose sale is taking place at the Ooltewah Nursery. There is also a free gardening class on tap, conducted by the skilled Master Gardeners of Hamilton County that is guaranteed to enlighten gardening admirers.
The Chattanooga River Market is also all set to continue its special spring break weekends, offering a feast of local arts, homegrown produce, and a gastronomical treat of local delicacies.
Book lovers can rejoice as the Chattanooga Public Library Foundation finalizes its massive book sale this weekend, providing a great opportunity for literature enthusiasts to get their hands on some prime reading material.
Art admirers can appreciate the Photographic Society of Chattanooga’s Spring Show at the Gallery at Blackwell. The members of the society have their work exhibited, with prints available for purchase. The exhibition will run through the first few days of May, with gallery hours from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.
